Biography
I am a London born artist now living just outside London in a country house that was built nearly 400 years ago and has been added to over the centuries.
My studio is a former aviary and I look out over fields sometimes sharing the view with the cows on the estate and ladybirds who seem to like my paintings.
Growing up in London in an artistic environment, I spent many years drawing and painting and I finished an art and music degree as a mature student. My early exhibits were soft stone sculptures, however, my main focus now is painting in acrylic on canvases of all sizes.
A couple of years’ ago I was commissioned to paint landscape murals on four very large indoor shutters and will now create paintings on any permanent structure, in addition to creating paintings on canvas.
I regularly exhibit in London, the Home Counties and on the Cote d’Azure, France.
